Why ASMR is NOT weird

I love ASMR. I really do. I listen to it pretty much every night. There is an ASMR video for ever occasion. Right now, there is a lot of confusion of what ASMR is. Everyone thinks it's whispering and smacking and eating honeycomb. Haha no.
Have you ever watched a YouTuber or celeberity interview that was soothing? And made you sleepy for some reason? That's asmr! It's soothing sounds, like Whitehouse, to help you drift off. It can also be visual triggers, like lightly touching the camera lens. Stop bullying ASMR, it didn't do anything wrong y'all!!!
