My favorite ways of falling asleep

Sleep is your bodies time to catch up with you so it is really important, But how do we fall asleep and scare away the bad dreams? Here is what I figured out.

- Read a optimistic and fun book. Reading before bed is fun, But you need to read happy books so you don't get nightmares. 

- Bedtime snacking? For bedtime snacks, I prefer tea or cocoa as the hot drink will warm your belly and make you tired. Another good thing to eat is fruit or cheese. and of course, water.

- ASMR. I have said in my posts before that I love ASMR. It honestly lulls me straight to sleep and I love it. On youtube my favorite ASMRtists are, Brittany Asmr. ASMR Surge and asmr magic. These are so relaxing and I LOVEEEE THEM!

-Yoga or stretching.Yoga or streching helps calm the mind and get your body ready to sleep.

- Clothing choices. Make sure you wear pajamas that arent tight and dont itch. I like to wear a T shirt, Loose fitted sweat pants and socks. Also, I put my hair in a bun that looks like this
